Drs. Kim McKinsey-Mabry & Hank Rubin have been developing & delivering this training for nearly four years.
Drawing on decades of experience & study - as well as from seminal texts by Ibram X Kendi (How To Be An Antiracist) and Hank Rubin (Collaborative Leadership) - participants have labelled this training "unique", "useful", "inspirational" & "life-changing".
