Based on the breakthrough ideas of Dr. Ibram X. Kendi and Hank Rubin’s field-tested leadership work, this session offers a practical, plainspoken approach to leading with equity, purpose, and courage. No jargon. No lectures. Just memorable principles and tools leaders can actually use. This talk is designed to meet people where they are—and move them forward, whether they’re just beginning their equity journey or have been in the work for years. It’s about integrating equity into how we lead, how we collaborate, and how we show up for the communities we serve.

This is essential leadership training for current & aspiring leaders, students, policymakers & more.

We'll work with you to seamlessly align this training with your meetings, conferences, pre-conferences, professional development programs and classes.
